

Beginning in the early 1980’s and through the 1990’s, Menlo Capital Group had the foresight to purchase land and develop Class A high-rise commercial, industrial, R&D, and mixed-use buildings in the region soon to be known as Silicon Valley. As the technology wave grew, these investments ideally positioned us to lease our properties to some of the world’s most respected corporations, including Hewlett Packard, Intel, Sony, Panasonic, FedEx, Visa, and UPS. Menlo Capital Group is headquartered in San Francisco, California. From our U.S. base of operations, we have been involved with the development of more than 30 properties throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. As a merchant builder, our firm is engaged in multiple phases of the development process, from purchasing, re-zoning and entitling land, to obtaining financing partners in order to complete world-class development projects. Once established and fully leased, many of our projects have been sold to institutional buyers of real estate. |
In early 2000, eager to capture investment opportunities in what we recognized as a rapidly emerging market, Menlo Capital Group established additional operations in Mumbai and New Delhi, India. We are currently in the planning stages for several high-profile real estate projects in India, and the groundwork is in place to bring the same visionary development strategies to India that made our company successful in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. Whether working on real estate or investment deals in the U.S. or India, Menlo Capital Group collaborates closely with equity partners to bring each project to fruition. Our longstanding relationships with regional and international banks, financial institutions and insurance companies have been instrumental to our success, and we continue to seek out new partners as we identify and pursue investment opportunities that will produce superior investment returns. |
